I called the call centre of mnt wanting to do sim swap due to house they my fone and she the consultant (Nondumiso) probed me on what I know like the number of people I normally call, what price plan I was on, what phone I was using, when last I loaded airtime and how much was it. Being the owner of the cellphone I knw all those things so I answered all of them, Nondumiso then told me I failed the questions I need to do an affidavit and fax it together with copy of I'd for them to do sim swap for me. I mean that's an inconvinience cause if their system doesn't pick up what I know why make me fail? They should just offer this service in stores rather cause their agents have attitude as well.
