COMPLAINT-FAILURE IN CARRYING OUT INSTRUCTION

I initially walked into the Absa port Alfred branch on 24/12/2012 to request that they reverse 6 debit orders on my account but only 2 were actioned. I only picked this up about 3 days ago and immediately logged a complaint with them as per below e-mail:

A lady mnamed Carol then called me from my branch (Cresta) and I took off 2 hours from my work to go and meet her at the branch. After much hassle and jumping around for about an hour and a half I was told that ABSA can;t reverse debit orders that are older than a month. I told the lady that my original request was well within this time frame on the 24/12/2012 but it's ABSA that
