Three Weeks of Disapointment

I handed my phone in to be repaired for a faulty screen and battery pin and in a week the return is that the I.M.E.I number had been wiped away so warranty = void, however my I.M.E.I was on an invoice I had received when my phone was scanned by the barcode by Greenacres branch employee Melissa, I had not handed it to them in that state and all channels said it came to them like that and I noticed extra damage to the phone on return. I then had been in and out of Greenacres Customer Care and Repair Centre for two weeks (roughly 6 times) and to no avail had it been resolved and upon being told that their BB repair specialist had told them to repair it I get told on 21/05/2013 that the phone had "suddenly" sustained "liquid damage". Never have i had such terrible service anywhere and this is highly unacceptable
