Vodacom are ignoring the situation completely

The person allocated to see through to conclusion my query is now completely ignoring repeated requests for customer service. I cant even be bothered to explain the entire situation which has been going on for 5 months already - I just want customer service at this point in time.

Despite being a corporate client for more than 12 years, and despite paying more than R15 000 over the last 5 months alone, I am still yet to receive conclusive customer service.

I have been passed from person to person, department to department and been treated like.

Now, every attempt I make to literally extract customer service is being ignored.
