I am completely unsatisfied with the service and package received from MTNSA.
I have phoned twice to client service and each time I end the call feeling frustrated!!
I asked and signed up for a 2Gig wifi contract over 24 months (with hardware). I was not told that this is an open line. Why can they not put a limit on the lline???
My first months invoice was over a R1000 and the second month over R1400!!
On enquiry I am told I have a Promo package which means its an open line so has no limit.
I did not want an unlimited contract. I wanted 2Gig @ R169.
All I require is a resolution - PLEASE!!
On the back of the welcome letter is definitions for Usage Limit & Bill limit - please explain why this cannot be activated?? Why would you rather have an irritated customer that will now more than likely change SPs than a happy customer???
I have been a loyal MTN customer since 1997... well, after this debacle, not for much longer...
