In March 2013, I renewed my Data contract. Since I had a modem, I agreed to a 2Gig topup to be deducted monthly at a cost comfortable to me. I am a mother of 2 school-going kids who enjoy surfing the internet, but have to be monitored and thus have a limit. In October however I had a major shock when a debit order of more than R3000 went off my account and upon query discovered that I had an open line data package. I have since been in and out of my local branch where this transaction was done, but have had no answers or solutions;not even the option to migrate! My family and I cannot use our data anymore until this issue has been resolved, but my entrire account is now a mess! I have been with MTN for 6 years, and sadly I am very troubled that I am not given the same commitment to have my data issues resolved! I have been waiting longer than 2 months for a response! I feel that if I had signed for an open line that I could not have been explained this correctly, as I have to limit my kids to surf within a limit and within my budget! I NEED URGENT CONSOLATION, RESPONSE and SOLUTION!
