Waiting for my cellphone

I applied online for an upgrade on the 8th of May 2013, I still don't have the phone. The lady who helped me initially hasn't been honest with me. I last spoke to her on Friday and she said she would arrange for me to get the phone on Monday the 20th of May and I still don't have it, when I phoned this morning I was told that she had not applied for a speedy delivery like she said she would. The guy who helped this morning said he would email Pearl Makola's supervisor, Pat Mamane and ask her to handle this, he even added my number so that the supervisor would phone me, I eventually phoned again and this time I was told that the order would have to be sent back to me or I could just go into any MTN store. I said I wanted the phone and I would not be going to any store, they must just resolve this. The lady said she would send Pat Mamane and email with regards to this matter, I still haven't heard from her.
