Hi. I'm an Avon representative. My have been sent out on 13 April to FastAndFurious courier services for dispatch. I have had problems with my deliveries for four months in a row, and knew I would just be wasting my time phoning them too early, so I gave them a week. Monday 22/4 I phoned them to ask what is the problem. They didn't offer an explanation, but said it would be here Monday night. I asked them if the driver will phone me for directions, and they said yes. Nothing came. Tuesday morning I phoned again, requesting to speak to a supervisor. The lady said the supervisor is not in at the moment, can she help? So I told her about the previous months and that the drivers drive my goods around because they can't find me, and they don't phone. I also told her about my phone call the previous day. She said sorry, the parcel was only scheduled to go out 23/4. Again I asked her to get the driver to phone, and she said she will. Nothing was delivered. This morning I phoned again, and the lady said she will follow up and phone me back. Nothing. I phoned twice after that, but the supervisor is not at her desk, and management is in a meeting. Where do I report this? Thanks
