I logged a complaint about the signal problems I am experiencing at my townhouse which is part of a new development close to a month ago, the call center made contact with me 24-48 hours after I logged my complaint but only told me that there is a planned infrastructure build in the area and a consultant will get back to me as soon as they know. Its a month later and I spoke to lady by the name of Pam who couldn't give me any feedback after a month! this is completely unacceptable as I have lost in the region of R120 000 in business I asked her to get me someone in higher management or any person that could give me a definitive answer but all she could do was log my query??? I would really like better feedback or I will be getting my company to cancel my contract and port the number to a better service provider. I was given a reference number S3-TQL2E-ENNAY if this will help in anyway
