Bad service at Vodashop

We went into Vodashop Centurion Lake on Friday 26 April 2013 to transfer my husband's phone prom the company name to my name (cause I have an existing account with Vodacom), only to find out that the Brooklyn branch never did my transfer from my mother's name to mine about 5 years ago. After completing a bunch of forms we were told that the matter will be taken up with Head office and that they would contact me on Monday. Needless to say, after a whole week I still haven't heard from anyone. We then went into the store for the second time, just to be informed that we have to do the transfer from my mother's name to my name AGAIN. So we completed more forms... 1ste transfer done, after a week and a half. We then went in again to complete the transfer of my husband's number to my name, just to be told that they don't know where our documentation is and that Natasha who was supposed to handle everything was not there. We then went in for a 4th time to do the transfer to his own name, seeing this whole thing became a mission and an unpleasant experience. We then completed more forms and handed everything in and then got confirmation of the transfer.. In total these transfers have taken
