Incorrect price on item on special

I phoned the store for an 8kg toploader price and was told the13 kg will be on special the next day given a price for an 13KG Samsung toploader as R1999.99 when I went to buy the product I was told it was on special for R2699.99 and not R1999.99. I spoke to a lady Ashanti that gave me all the information the evening before. Ashanti denied ever speaking to me and giving me the price. They do not record their telephone calls. I phoned in the morning to confirm and again I was told it was R1999.99 when phone back the lady said she knew it was on special but was not sure of the price. But she just confirmed it with me just a few minutes ago. Ashanti made me to be a when I asked the Storemanager, Trevor how would I know there was gonna be a special (if it was not advertised yet) and how would I know there is a lady called Ashanti working there, if It did not speak to her myself. The storemanager was of no assistance and only said he will speak to Ashanti. When I spoke to Ashanti the day before she was looking on their system, She still told me it was hanging, I must wait a few minutes. No customer service whatsoever I was just made out to be a.
