I went to open a contract for the special that cell c had of a stick that comes with with a data sim card on the above mentioned cell c branch on the 27th of Feb.

Sales lady was busy chating while doing my documents entered the wrong product that i didn't want which required her to cancel the contract, was told to come the following day as they wont be able to cancel the contract because their printer is not working. Went the following day was told same story printer is still not working in order for them to print out a cancellation form i should come back again needless to say money has already been deducted on my bank account for connection fee of something i dont have.
Gave them time went again on the 9th of march was told that they are now waiting for approval that it has been cancelled before they can redo it again & they'll call me on monday. I went again on the 11 was told it has been cancelled i should come & redo a new one again mind you i ddn't get a call as promised.
I went again on the 12th was told they are about to close but i should leave copies. & was given a form to fill @ home and come back again today out of stock.

This is really bad service from cell c!!!
