After a recent UPGRADE, having recieved a FAULTY HANDSET, i willingly gave it in for repairs THREE TIMES!!! i have now reached the end of my tether... as the phone has yet AGAIN PROVED FAULTY! I have requested a new phone... but to no avail. I am a reliable, loyal paying customer, with a couple of MTN CONTRACTS. if i do not have a response soon i will CANCEL MY CONTRACT and take this further...
