MTN Pathetic as always shifting the blame

MTN made a payment for content charge from my bank account. The phone and sim service were off at the time of the said subscription but MTN maintained that they do not deal with content charge. Low and behold they made the payment from my bank account! That made them pretty involved. The content charge company did issue a refund after numerous requests from my side only to find that MTN INSTRUCTED THE REFUND TO BE AS CALL CREDIT! How can MTN say that they do not deal with content charges but on the other hand settle wrong accounts from my bank account and also decides on the nature of the refund? I am at wits end on the dealings of MTN and the free rain over my account. I want hard cash back in my account as instructed and agreed to. Also some sense of trust within MTN to hold my information safe! I hope the CEO gives me a call to explain!
