About a month ago I complained about how MTN blacklisted me for a late payment for last year September and Veronica from MTN replied on my complaint on Hello peter that they will deal with this matter, but funny enough I went to MTN for a follow up but no action has been taken against sorting this matter out with the credit bureau. now I'm not sure whether I should take this matter to the next level because its seems like I'm one of the unsatisfied customers who's going to keep following MTN as they fail to be a competent network provider because they all seem to be making me round in circles with no solution.
