Empty promises again and again. You promised me to send me the statement showing me how you have calculated your funds for the fridge that you took. In your last response you acted as if you Dont have my Email address and contact number. Tsepo used to call me and email me most of the time. Now am suprised when you say you were trying to contact, and asking me to provide you with my contact details, whereas I dont change my contact details. You listed me on a credit bureau unfairly as you did not send me any notification in writing informing me of your intention to list me on the credit bureau. you did not even send me a 20 days notification in writing of the impending listing of my account on the credit bureau. Remove your listing asap, as I will be taking this matter further. I have been dealing with FNB regarding the same matter and they admitted that they did the mistake and remove their default listing. wena you are very suttorborn and I will take further action if you fail to resolve this issues in 5 working days
