Failure to update payment profile

I took up a personal with fnb in July and they have been debiting their payment monthly as agreed. what i find most disturbing is that fnd has not been updating my payment profile with the credit bureau for the past 3 months, my credit score has dropped because of the 3 months which fnb has failed to update with the credit bureau. I phoned fnb last month and i was promised by their call center agent that this matter would be resolved within 7 day and 30 days has passed since my call and nothing has been updated.

I would truly appreciate it if someone from fnb could resolve this matter for as i'm definitely sure that they know what a huge impact such information has when one applies for credit since they use the information.
