My name is Bongiwe ID no. 8308110743084. In 2009 I ordered spectacles in a spectacle shop in Durban but they could not deliver on time and after a couple of months (which was too late) they told me the spectacles were ready andn I told them i no longer needed those spectacles as I had tried other mean. Then last year 2012 DecemberI I found out Schulenburg Attorneys had handed me over to credit bureau for spectacles i never even collected, items which are still with the supplier to this date.
It's been over 3 years and I believe this should be taken as a garnished debt and I'm even taking legal action against Schulenburg attorneys because this is not the first time I make such a complaint about them to Hello Peter who has forwarded my complaint over to them and they promised to look into the matter and contact me yet they have not. One other thing which disturbs me is that they have called me a number of times and they are always rude and they demand that I pay the money. These people have destroyed my life beacuse now I can't do anything with my name on credit bureau yet I never ever collected the spectacles and they known that.
