My account was closed in October last year already and I was told by one of the consultants thereof to wait 7 days for my ITC record to update. To this date my ITC profile shows an outstanding balance with standard bank and this has a negative impact on my credit.
No one wants to take accountability for my query as I have been referred from one consultant to another. All I need is for standard Bank to follow up the matter with the Bureau and ensure that my profile is immediately updated.
I will appreciate if this matter be treated as urgent as I am busy with an application
