Your Joseph Mthombeni telephoned me last year advising that my account with ADT was still in arrears. I then sent him proof of payment that I had previously sent to Louise. He then advised that the money was reflecting in another customer's account instead of mine. Joseph promised that he will rectify this matter.
In the meantime your inept company had the audacity to list me with the credit bureau, all because you erroneously reflected my payment against the wrong customer. To add insult to the abuse I suffered by ADT, I today discovered that I am still listed on the credit bureau. My attempts to contact you telephonically has been in vain as your receptionist would not put me through to you and to think you're in the service industry.
Please rectify this matter as a matter of urgency or I will not hesitate to involve my attorneys or to take this matter to the newspaper.
