All I require is an update on my ITC payment profile. You were quick to update the not paid monthly instalments at Trans-union ITC even though I hardly knew I owed yet since it was paid up, all I can see is NU (not updated), wow, "fantastic" service Edcon. How hard can that be. What is the point of paying up a simple Edgars account and closing it if its a mission to get a simple ITC payment profile updated. not to mention I didn't' even know I owe on it as when I left the company I specifically requested that the account balance be settled from my pension fund and have the account closed only to be told 3 years later that I have a balance which even though not happy, I gladly settled in full immediately when I got to know.
Can someone with the know how kindly ensure my account is closed and updated as paid up on ITC so I can continue with other important things
