I have an ongoing problem with Cell C that doesn't want to get finalised. I took in my daughter's cell phone for repairs on the 18 of April the number involved is 0745361507. The phone came back without being fixed we were told it was doomed beyond economical repair. I spoke to their repairs centre agent Rahaba who confirmed that the phone could not be repaired because it has an electrical damage which was not because of the phone was not well taken care of by us. She said in this case we are supposed to get a replacement phone since the phone was bought in when it was still under warranty, but we are experiencing such difficulty in getting this matter resolved. I just want Cell C to give us the replacement phone and I pay for the contract of a phone that is used. For the whole month my child has been without a phone and I am expected to pay?
