My blackberry 9300 was sent in for repairs with the cell c branch in maponya in the first week of october and the repair centre couldn't fix it and sent back a replacement which was a second hand unit in a terrible condition and i refused to accept it due to the condition of my original phone. now its been over 3 months and i am without a phone... i have wasted money buying airtime calling the maponya branch, cell c repair centre and customer complaints line and i still dont have my phone.
can i get urgent response with regards to my phone because i use it for work as well.
