I think the headline speaks for itself. I am waiting for the so called booster tower that was meant to be installed which i have had to liase through ICASA. It seems the only way to get service from Cell C is to complain to ICASA as they can bring the network to a stop if they wanted to. Cell C claims that i rejected the offer of a signal booster which is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY do Cell C's customers ALWAYS have to fight and go to extremes to just get a response or to get an issue sorted out?? Its bad enough that I am stuck with a rubbish phone that wont get all the apps or games (iphone - do not order this product!!) But to now struggle with this ONE issue for this long is absolutely pathetic!!! (18 MONTHS) In 4 months time Vodacom had refunded me all my contract monies and closed the service down due to a signal issue. (That was great service and I am so sorry i could not use vodacom as they seem to be alot more competent) I would appreciate if they could actually get back to me on my cell c number linked to my contract as it seems that they always try and phone on an old number and I never get reference numbers!!!
