I am terribly frustrated with autopage. After fighting with them since February this year, my problem was finally resolved either late in April or early May. Ashley in head office gave me 2 x vouchers to load which I duly did. I was then a happy autopage/mtn subscriber. My new R100 airtime with 25 sms's was supposed to be downloaded on the 17th May. When I called the call center this afternoon they had a fat nerve to tell me that it was given to me already, referring to the R210 airtime that Ashley re-imbursed me with. If the 2 consultants, Nicole and some other person had to take the time to see that I am not a R200 hybrid client but a R100 subscriber then they would never have told me that my airtime was downloaded and i am sure that they must be able to see that the airtime was put in manually by the client and not a downloaded transaction via their system. I am so over this service provider's inefficiency. I therefore demand someone to call me and rectify this asap, I just cannot wait to get rid of this messed up bunch in my life, absolutely stressful to be a subscriber of this network
