I am writing to ask you to please once and for all help me. I have been waiting for my Samsung S4 contract for 4 weeks now since it came out, I even preordered it. I keep being told by your blue route branch in Cape Town different things. I would just like a clear answer on when I am getting my phone, and if you are not able to help me that's fine I will move to another network I just need a answer of when I am getting my phone. I need to upgrade my contract as soon as possible and have been waiting too long now for a phone. Your deals are amazing but, if I have to wait 4 weeks and still cant get a phone what's the point in advertising such amazing deals if you cant deliver.
Please sort out my problem and get me a S4 on the 399 contract that I am upgrading too.
