Once again my 2nd month of my 3 month free Blackberry service is not connected. This is a repeat of my complaint in April, where my 1st free month was not connected. I am supposed to have 3 months free Blackberry service but Cell C just does not appear to want to connect me. What an atrocious cell phone company. They make the same mistake and bad service every month. Do they not learn? I have not even approached the Call Centre this time to complain as they NEVER respond. I only get a response via HelloPeter compaints. Please Cell C fix my Blackberry connection.
