CAPPED BIS AGAIN AND AGAIN

I purchased my bis bundel on the 17/5/13 1 day before it expires, already my BIS is capped slow downloads speeds again from vodacom! Every month after a certain limit of downloads vodacom caps downloads speeds! I know this already so don't till me the tower is broken again and going to be sorted out soon, I don't even won't to hear from use, I am on prepaid and I don't care if I cut this usually sim card of yours up, I will go to cellc if this problem is not correct with me, where no body complains about the BIS! I work in sales where there is a vodacom sales desk and I will never promote vodacom again, useless service and hidden sources! Even takes me long to even broadcast this!
