Bad service

Well at first my service on my phone was off, so I call them and did the upgrade at the same time. Well then it just went south. The Autopage shop in Vredenburg has closed so no walk in service. The phone and sim was delivered by the courier company at my home. that was on the 20/03/2013! Then I hade to call them to get it all activated as I did. Okay sir now you have to wait for 24 hours, in the mean time with the sim swap my phone that I hade is off. So I standby for 24 working hours. and new sim not working. So I hade to call again from a friends phone and after that on prepaid. And so did it go on for 15 days. So one of the personnel at Autopage say I have to RICA the sim. What I did drive 5 hour to get to a shop and RICA witch they accordingly the shop hade to do wen they send it. Then still nothing. I then found that there is a shop in Moresburg and was told the they can not help me. After a long call to Randburg, sorry sir the sim is faulty we need to send you a new one but its going to cost you R45. Today is the 10th April and still I am with out a phone. People do not have pride in there work no more!!! I even sad I`ll send all bake and cancel all.???
