I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at a Vodashop when opening a data contract - four unpleasant visits in a week (due to lack of knowledge and mistakes made on their part). My device subsequently became faulty and I decided to cancel the contract due to dissatisfaction with the service and the device. I called their call centre and cancellation centre several times. At first my service request wasn't even logged so I had to repeat the process. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, and it's now been 5 days. Every person I spoke to (at least 5) gave me a different story. I apparently now have to go into the shop, which I refuse to do as I was treated so appallingly.
I want my contract cancelled immediately so I won't be billed for a service I have no intention of using, and so I won't be penalised as I am well within the 'cool-down' period stipulated in the CPA - however, if they take much longer to get back to me, I won't be covered by the CPA any more!
