When I took out my contract with mtn they told me that my contract will be included with free internet n downloads, today I finally had enough of my airtime just getting finished and called the call centre when I asked the person that ansered the phone why my phone is doing this when it shouldn't she told me that she does not know why? When I asked her that I'm tird of this service towards me and I would like to cancel my contract she told me that I must phone at 9am, that's the time the cancel department will be open, is this the way mtn treats their customers I have realy lost hope in my cell phone service provider!!! :(my point if it should before why know? And still I'm the customer that pays everymonth on time...
