BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C. ON THE 27/03/2013 I LOADED MONEY ONTO MY CELLPHONE. THE MONEY WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY, FOR BIZ. I CHECKED AFTER I TRANSFERED THE MONEY ONTO MY PHONE BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT DATE IT WILL BE DEDUCTED. ON THE MORNING OF THE 29/03/2013, WHEN I WANTED TO BBM MY SON, I NOTICED THAT I HAVE RECEIVED AN SMS FROM CELL C, TELLING ME BBM WAS DE-ACTIVATED. I PHONE IMMEDIATELY AND SPOKE TO A LADY WHEN I WAS DISCONNECTED. PHONE AGAIN THE GENTLEMAN TOLD ME MY QUERY WILL TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS, I TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AS I HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE. BUT BECAUSE IT WAS A LONG WEEKEND AND I NEEDED MY BBM I WENT AND LOADED MORE MONEY ON MY PHONE, MY SON THEN ACTIVATED MY BBM. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM CELL C. DONT HAVE DATES NOW BUT WILL BE ABLE TO TRACE EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT TO CELL C. I SENT AN COMPLAINT EMAIL TO CELL C, VERY QUICK RESPONSE, THEY TELLING ME THAT MY SERVICE WAS CONNECTED. I WAS VERY UPSET AND SENT ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING A SENIOR OFFICIAL TO LOOK AT MY COMPLAINT BECAUSE WHOEVER DOES NOT UNDERSTAND MY EMAIL. I HAVE LOADED AND PAID FOR THE SERVICE 2 IN ONE MONTH. I NEED MY MONEY THAT I HAVE PAID LOANDED ONTO MY PHONE. THANK YOU
