I received this reply:

Thank you for your correspondence.
Unfortunately we seem to have had a system problem with your migration as Alex did indeed request for the number to go on prepaid..
The agent you spoke to schedule another migration which should go through on the first of March.
The only reason why we may not be able to refund you is because there is usage on the line, should the free amount be used under the subscription allocation we cannot refund as the network charges us for the amounts.
We do profusely apologise for this error and will ensure that the number is migrated to pay as you go at the end of the month."
To which I replied:
Well once again Nashua 'hides' behind a 'system' problem. I was told that it simply was not done!Covering your bases by saying it is a system error is nothing other than cowardice!
Am relieved to see the back of all these years with Nashua and you can be assured I will slay Nashua to all I know. Profusely apologising simply is not good enough.
HOWEVER! - After this I received a sms stating that Nashua will be contacting me soon to renew my contract. Nashua wins the award for the award for incompetence!
