NEVER INFORMED OF CHANGE IN POLICY

Nashua Mobile is my main service provider for MTN. Apparently MTN changed its GPRS data link policy during Feb 2013. I received shock bills for March and April 2013. Since 6 March 2013 by receiving a call from Nashua Mobile informing me of a bill shock I submitted in total 33 emails requesting assistance and the problem to be solved. The number of emails send also included my then complaint and enquiries submitted for the shock bill for April 2013. Almost double than March 2013. All explanations in the book were provided to me, cell phone settings incorrect, APN, viruses, downloads done, streaming and subscriptions. Only to receive an email on Wednesday 6 May 2013 stating the change in MTN policy. I was never officially informed by MTN or Nashua Mobile - MTN about the change in policy. A total amount of R 6 527-58 was only charged for GPRS data links for the months Feb 2013, March 2013 and April 2013. Several calls were made to Nashua Mobile and even "0" rating was given for poor client service. I hold the line, referred to one person to another and the cut of. To date no return call received. I instructed to be refunded but Nashua Mobile just state the services were rendered and
