Good day, To date I have still not received my itemised billing, debit orders are going off for amounts that I am not aware of. I don't know what the usage is and all I was told is that the account will be correct as from May, which it isn't as I am still getting billed for WHAT I DONT KNOW. When will I receive my bill? I have asked that BBM not be deducted off the contract. this is still being done why?
Can I please get contacted, I was told in April all accounts will be one which they are not as 4 debit orders went off. Please Please can we sort this out.
