Basically applied online a month ago for a phone contract, then got a phone call to say I don't qualify because the account needs to be active for 2 months which was fine. The lady said she would mail me a reference number which I never received. After this past pay day I decided to retry my application - I wasn't allowed to retry as it said online that I have already placed the order. I then emailed the help desk asking for assistance in the matter. They then gave me the mobile support number and email. I emailed them with the reference number I was given for that specific email complaint, they asked me to call the number - after calling they said I must email.
NO ONE will take responsibly and clearly no one wants my money. This is pathetic. Get your act together!!!
