I keep receiving automated line reports claiming that there is no defect with my line. What is this garbage, why create a system to test lines in such a way? The automated reports are completely unreliable. Why do I get phoned on a sunday, asking if I am available on easter weekend? No one showed up, was it in an attempt to break in to my home? Why do your technicians show up unannounced afterwards? Why do your technicians walk into my home do nothing and then leave? Are they just having a look at what they can? How about sending a technician to replace my intermittent line. I am greatly concerned by your staff being incompetent and suspicious. I will from now on ask for an identification document before allowing a technician into my home.
