I had a 4 megabyte ADSL uncapped line installed at the beginning of april. Since that time I have had the internet running at 4 MB for 3 weeks out of the 6 weeks, and 1 MB for the other 3 weeks. This problem was reported and fixed only to revert to the original problem. Now on my account I am being billed for both line speeds. I have reported this problem on at least 5 occasions and have been promised rectification of the issue with no success.
