My Fiance and I have a contract with Mtn. I purchased the Nokia Lumia 820. I had it for a 2 month. It was in my back pocket and I sat down and the whole screen cracked. Their technicians say the phone is beyond repairable. I went to the mtn branch in Richards Bay where I was suppose to pick it up. Nomsa the sales person told me that they cant do anything and she was so rude and had not a single bit of respect, without even willing to help me. I phoned head office and spoke to a lady hoping that they can help me and she tells me the same thing. not willing to help me in any way and just says we cant do anything. The phones screen is not suppose to have cracked. I pay so much for this type of rubbish, and then she still puts the phone down in my hear. MTN is the worst service provider ever and i will not recommend anyone to use them. rather use vodacom or cell c etc. Mtn you are the worst and I will make sure everyone knows it. I hate you
