False advertising, bad attitude and lack of service

I purchased a Nokia Lumia 820 from Mtn in Bloubergstrand, the only reason I purchased this phone is beacuse they showed and told me that it cannot scratch and because of its gorilla glass it cannot easily just break. So first of they gave me a phone that's battery life didn't even last 2 hours without usage, then not even a month later the phone was in my back pocket and when I stood up the whole screen was cracked, which in this case was false advertising. I then took it to mtn in Richards bay to go for repairs, they then told me after analysing it that it is beyond repairs and their labour and the cost of fixing exceeded their 75% limit, that it would cost more to repair the phone than what it actually costs so they weren't prepared to repair it and that now the phones warranty is voided so we phoned Mtn head office after explaining to them the situation they refused to help us and told us it was not their problem but ours we will have to continue pay for the phone (according to Nomsa from Mtn Richards Bay branch, we are not paying every month for the phone in actual fact we are only paying for the sim card). After a while head office just rudely cut the call.
