Shocking service

On Saturday 04/05 I enquired about the Samsung Galaxy S 3 mini for my upgrade, I was informed there was no stock and that it should arrive on Tuesday 07/05 and left my details so they could contact me, on Saturday 11/05 I again went into the store to be informed that they still had no stock and that it would be arriving this week.

I have not heard anything from them, and for the last 2 hours have been trying to contact the store but there is no answer, the phone has been engaged a few times so it would seem the number does work but no one can be bother to answer the it.
