I am absolutely disgusted at your low level of service! Why do your stores even have contact numbers? No-one ever answers and when they do, they promptly hang up again. Here's a list of the stores that I have tried to contact so far to enquire about stock of the Galaxy S4 as I'm due for upgrade.
Fourways mall: answered and hung up
Fourways crossing: no answer
Hyde Park: no answer
Randburg Sanlam center: no answer
Rand Park Ridge: no answer
Sandton: no answer
Bryanston: no answer
Nicolway: Finally got an answer... No stock
By far the most disgusting and frustrating level of service I have experienced to date. Why bother supplying your stores with contact details, they clearly serve no purpose whatsoever.
Oh, and the list of stores on your website's "store locator" needs to be updated as a few of the numbers given there don't exist...
