Virgin Mobile is absolutely incompetent and unhelpful - someone opened 5 accounts on my name last year and I was assured by Virgin Mobile that the blacklisting has been updated. IT IS STILL NOT UPDATED AND VIRGIN MOBILE IS ASKING ME TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEYS TO CHECK - SHOULDNT THIS BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY! I DEMAND MY NAME BE CLEARED OF ITC AS ITS NOW HINDERING ME FROM SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND OPENIING ACCOUNTS! CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS OR I WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN!
