Blackberry faulty yet again

I am probably wasting my time even writing this report!

I am beyond disgusted with Vodacoms continual insistance with feeling the need to REPAIR blackberrys! Other service providers replace them rather. So this is now the SECOND time my wonderful blackberry is going in for repairs this year. I am sick of paying for this phone and spending weeks without it! I have taken my phone in to the repair centre at FOURWAYS MALL ref 8858173 and received an sms saying that they are waiting for spare!

Come on! this is actually pathetic! How many weeks do I have to wait and pay for a revolting service?
