I have a Blackberry 8520, I bought it in February last years so it on the 14th a year old, and it has been in for repairs at least 5 times since I got it. But you just keep putting the blame on Blackberry but why do you sell a phone to a client knowing that Blackberry has problems with this phone??? I am sick and tire of taking my phone in every month for repair, and they gave me a another phone 8520 but it is worse than my first one. now they discontinued the phone and I have to wait until 2015 to get a new phone meanwhile I have to pay for a phone every month that does not work and has to get repaired every time. I am sick of Blackberry and Vodacoms service and want to know what you are going to do about this problem and how you are going to fix it!
