DOUBLE DEDUCTION / BAD SERVICE

I just had a call from Cell C. When I renewed the contracts in 2011, I have requested it to be upgraded to 2 x R100 contracts. It was not activated and after many phone calls and 2-3 months of fighting with them, they told me this could not be done anymore. Now they tell me the reason for the R200 deduction every month since late last year is because I have requested the upgrade in June 2011!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I told them that I want all the extra money refunded to me, otherwise I am going to seek legal advise. They cannot get away with this kind of service!!! I have already taken out 2 new contracts with MTN in last year after they told me that my contracts can be cancelled at the end of July 2012. Now I have to pay for 4 cellphone contracts!!!
