Unexplained bill - no transparency

I appreciate your previous reply on Hellopeter.com. However, I am still in the dark as to the amounts reached on my most recent invoice.

According to my calculations - I have to pay the subscription charges and the usage. Where does the additional charges come from? I have requested a full and transparent bill on which I still wait. I will not pay any interest as I did not make any mistakes, so those charges should be removed ASAP.

I would appreciate it greatly if someone (who can count) can explain the bill to me. Surely SOMEONE should take responsibility for this shambles? Until that is done satisfactorily, I will only pay what is explained and relevant.

As a matter of interest - how many clients actually check their bills?
