I bought a brand new Samsung galaxy S4. After not even 3 months, the phones battery swelled up and would go instantly flat. I gave the phone back only to wait more than 2 months for a new battery and then found my screen replaced. Not even a month after that the phone had the same battery problem. I then queried for a credit on my account as the repair should have taken 2 weeks max!! After almost 2 months I still have not had any feedback even though I have tried to follow up multiple times. I now have my line cut because of the useless staff they employ! And still the phone is in for repairs, my line is still off and I am still expected to pay the pathetic company, Cell C!! I will never support the rubbish Cell C again and will make sure everyone knows the service I receive, or rather the lack of service!! This has even now created problems with my work and personal life as I can not make any calls even after purchasing a new phone as my S4 is still in for repairs!!! PATHETIC USELESS & SAD is all I can say about Cell C
