I upgraded my contract in April. This month the bill is still incorrect. It's reflecting what looks like the new contract fees the old blackberry internet (which was part of the old contract). I also dont have any data allocated and I seem to be paying the maximum 3G rates possible. I have lodged a complaint via MTN active but even though the system says I should get a response withing 48 hours, I have after 10 days not received a thing.
If this is going to be the norm with upgrades, I will definately never go through an upgrade with MTN again.
