INCORRECT CHARGES AND FAILURE TO RECTIFY BILLING

I regretfully upgraded my cell phone account and took out the new 1Gig Data contract for R79.00 p/m, upon concluding the upgrade with Michael he said "ma'am your cell phone contract has been upgraded thank you very much. He did not at any time mention that there is now an admin fee chargeable when making an upgrade. I have never paid admin fees on any of my upgrades since my account started with Autopage many years ago. I've been trying to get Michael and his Supervisor Collin to get me the recordings of that conversation with no luck of course, Therefore I've been disputing the "Admin fees charged for this upgrade because this information was not disclosed to me from the beginning by your agents!
I also take out a data contract, with Clive from Sales and upon concluding the contract I asked him if there'll be other charges (besides the R79.00 p/m) that I should be aware of? His answer was, " No Ma'am, you will only be charged R79.00 p/m for the data contract nothing else, unless you use more than 1Gig of data p/m. There is just the once off sim and connection fee for the contract upon start-up." I thought the additional charge of R141.00 on my May 2013 account was the connection f
